Nutrition 

Everything we do requires energy, so it is vital we supply it with nutrients. Nutrients include protein, fat, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals. Fat is essential as it helps absorb important vitamins. Vitamins help your body change food into energy. Vitamin C and Vitamin B are water soluble so they must be consumed daily because we eliminate these vitamins through urine. Minerals are also important because they obtain the necessary energy from food and help maintain normal body functioning. Vitamins C, E and beta carotene are known as antioxidates. Antioxidates help fit against oxygen- free radicals such as toxins from smoking and UV lighting etc.
